CC-501 SWSFCU (Shell Western States FCU) 3rd party credentialing system issue??

Despite working with 2 Quicken people on chat for 2 hrs I cannot get SWSFCU to download transactions. It seems it may be due to their use of a 3rd party credentialing system which always asks a security question after login/pw.
Has anyone every gotten SWSFCU to download transactions?
Is there a workaround to bypass security questions?

    As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.

    As I stated in my original posting I worked with 2 different Quicken Support people (1 hr each time) already yesterday. They reviewed logs and indicated there was nothing Quicken could do. I would like either:
    1) that Quicken remove Shell Western States FCU as an available bank for online setup or
    2) Quicken tell me what to say to SWSFCU so they can resolve the problem.
