I can't get fidelity to update. They can't seem to find me - I had a discrepancy between online fidelity and Quicken so decided to just restart the accounts in fidelity. quicken just can't see them. Called Fidelity and they said everything is fine there- I see this thread in Quicken so I am not the only one having a problem.

Your community profile says you're using Quicken 2017.  Quicken 2017 discontinued Online Services over a year ago: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-discontinuation-policy

@RSL2 - If your profile is accurate and you are running Quicken 2017 then the only way you will be able to download from Fidelity or any other financial institution is to upgrade to Subscription.  Otherwise you can continue to use Quicken 2017 but you will need to update your accounts manually.

(Quicken Classic Premier Subscription: R54.16 on Windows 11)
