Comenity bank

Trying to re-add online biller Pottery Barn credit card (Comenity bank). Get through login screen and request text. Next screen says PB needs more info - Did you receive your unique ID code? The 'continue' box remains greyed out regardless of answer.
Same issue with Talbots card.

    When attempting to add the Pottery Barn biller, are you given a place to enter the code? Do you ever receive a code by text or email?

    Please let me know so we can investigate this issue further.

    Thank you for the confirmation. I have gone ahead and reported this issue to our service provider. Please allow 48 hours before attempting to update once more. Please let me know if the issue persists or you see any new error messages after waiting.

    This is still an issue. After receiving and entering Unique ID code, the next screen asks "Did you receive your Unique ID Code?" and regardless of selecting yes or no, the Continue box remains greyed out. The only option is to Cancel. :/ :/

    I am having this same issue! I just finished a chat with Quicken support and they were unable to resolve it. My credit card also happens to be a Comenity card (Lane Bryant)

    Please see my comment above. I did get assistance from Quicken support and they were unable to help, suggesting I contact Comenity/Lane Bryant but offering no real solution.

    I have been trying to add BJ's Perks Mastercard (Comenity Bank) as an online biller for months now. Get halfway through the process and then I receive a screen that ask if I've received my unique ID code in order to validate my authentication. There are only two options; Yes, I did or No, I didn't. Either answer will not allow you to continue since the continue button is grayed out and inactive. This process has been going on for months now. Apparently, this problem has existed for many others who have credit cards through Comenity Bank. Let's find out what's going on and get this resolved.
