One step update doesn't stop.. always rolling.. can't exit quicken

Hello, my version is: R32.10
Built 27.1.32.10

It happened when :
I had a credit card account not synced with the mobile version
In my Quicken, I have check this account to get it sync, and… it happened there.
Today I reinstalled a backup I made before this action, and for now the problem is solved…
But my account still not sync…
I’ll wait a few days, and try again…
