Do I need to upgrade?
I am using Quicken Deluxe 2016 offline. My laptop crashed so I put in a new hard drive and reloaded all my software. Quicken loads but when I try to open the file it wants me to sign into my Intuit account. When I try to sign in it doesn't recognize my password so if I say I forgot password it takes me to a screen that says site cant be reached. Any words of wisdom? Can I continue to use my current version or am I being forced to upgrade? I do not use any of the online features. Thanks in advance
