I cannot connect to PSECU

For a week now, I cannot connect to PSECU. I have tried through a test account. I have tried through deactivating in my current 2021 account, and now I cannot get back at all. CC-502 is the error, yet that's only for the checking. The savings accounts do not give that error, though they don't update either.

I do apologize for the issue you're having.  Thank you for the additional information on the troubleshooting steps you've already attempted as well. In this case I do recommend contacting Quicken Support via chat or phone so that we're able to see exactly what is causing the issue you're having. It sounds like we're likely going to need to collect logs to see where the issue is coming from. I'll leave our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.
