I am having problems with the "One Step Update". It never ends and will not allow you to close the program. I have also noticed that the program seems very unstable as it is difficult to type in transactions manually. Each field seems to randomly change to a previous entry rather than what you are currently typing. The issue with the update seems to be one that other users are experiencing as well. I see no solutions offered by Quicken. How can this be resolved?0

Trying logging out and back in (with the same Quicken Id) at Edit->Preferences->Quicken Id and see if that cures the issue.
