QWin = Closed Accounts for Mobile/Web Sync

There is no reason (at least that I can think of) to show closed accounts in the selection for "Accounts for Mobile & Web". At the minimum there should be a selection button where the user can select to show or not to show closed accounts as there is on other account screens.
