Transactions not downloading during Update

transactions from my bank are not downloading when I hit update now

    WHAT Q product are you running?  What BUILD of that product?  What is your "Membership Valid Thru" date?  All of this info can be found at HELP, About Quicken.
    What  Bank and what type of accounts?
    When you do TOOLS, Account List ... what shows in the "Transactions Download" column adjacent to each of these accounts?
    When, if ever, was the last time that you downloaded from the bank?
    Q user since DOS version 5
    Now running Quicken Windows Subscription,  Home & Business
    Retired "Certified Information Systems Auditor" & Bank Audit VP

    Quicken Deluxe, Version R33.22, Windows 10 Home, Registered to Quicken ID [email removed - privacy] Member valid 'til Jan 03, 2022 Express Web Connect Woodforest Bank, Checking Savings, travel are the accounts, Last down load was sometime last week.

    It is now 5/25 and I still cannot do an update now.
