Ability to filter Bills and Income by multiple fields, including Tag and Memo

More software is moving to a subscription service (including Quicken) that auto removes funds from an account. I add a TAG, "Auto Renewing Subscription", to each of my bills that auto renew. I would like to be able to filter the Bills and Income pagse by multiple fields including Tag, to see upcoming bills that auto renew.
