Vault password not recognized

    Update R33.22. I'm getting a Quicken update notice when I logon to my computer. Tried a dozen time to get it to work, but it doesn't recognize my "Vault" password which I've used for years. I read on one post about a "Mondo Patch". What is this and could it help fixe my program>

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your vault password. This only started on the most recent patch correct? A Mondo patch could be used to see if we might be able to correct the issue you're having. We can take a look I'll leave the steps down below on how to do so.

    Once you get a chance to try these steps, please let us know what you find.  From there we'll better understand our next option.
