Quicken is not downloading Vanguard accounts correctly

I am on the most recent version of Quicken Windows. VBTLX is quoted at the wrong price and maybe others. What is the problem and how to fix? I have already deleted the account and reinstalled.

    VTBLX price in Quicken is $104.62, but price for VTBLX on Vanguard is $11.21

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your security. I'm wondering here if the security symbol might not be correct in the security list. To double check we can go across the top to tools > security List. Once you've selected the security you should be able to get the overview for the security. From there I'd recommend double checking the security over to the left you should see an edit details. Make sure everything is correct. 

    Once you get a chance to try these steps, please let us know what you find. If it still isn't listed correctly we'll take a look to see what we can try next.

    Did you check the security itself? removing the account and reloading it won't necessarily fix the issue.  the advice provided is to look at the SECURITY.  check the ticker symbol associated with the security in Q......I also own the security and have no issues

    did you also try a validate and repair?
