Why does Quicken Community say my questions are answered when they are not?

I have been posting Vanguard problems for some time with NO ANSWERS. But code says they are answered

    Accepted Answer
    It's a peculiarity of this forum software. "Answered" means only that someone has responded. "Accepted answer" means the problem has been solved to the satisfaction of the questioner.
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.

    The "Answered" on a question, only means that someone posted a comment.  The "Accepted Answer" means that either the user or one of the Moderators/SuperUsers have marked it as "the answer".

    yeah... Answered ===> means Replied

    And even then, the "answer" is actually a request for more info, or clarification.
