Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

Could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Help > About Quicken

We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.

Could you please provide the name of the financial institution? Also, which connection method are you using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any particular error code(s) and/or messages that you could provide us with here, please?

Please, check back and let us know! Thank you.

Actually, please name both the before names and the after name.
Sometimes, with a merger, they come up with a completely new name for the merged banks.  E.G., the merger of Sun Banks of Florida and Trust Company of Georgia resulted in SunTrust.

American bank of the North merged with Park State bank and all the info transferred to Park, using web connect to download to Quicken Starter edition.

    Park Bank - WI    http://www.helloparkbank.com    (608) 526-2265    https://secure.helloparkbank.com/Pages/Login.aspx    ACTIVE BANKING&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNEC

    Park Bank Credit Card    https://parkbank.com/    1-800-359-7275    https://onlineaccessplus.com/oa/parkbank/    ACTIVE CREDIT&WEB-CONNECT CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT

ALSO, what type of account(s) are you trying to download?  Have you previously downloaded those accounts into Q Starter (which is quite limited in the account types that it support).

The Quicken entry above indicates - Express Web Connect -
vs the - Web Connect - you mentioned.... which is a manual download.

OK, now that we've identified the bank,  we can proceed with actually addressing your issue.
Do TOOLS, Account List and click on the EDIT button adjacent to any of your Park State accounts.
Click the "Online Services" tab at the top of the Account Details dialog and click "Deactivate" and then exit this dialog.  Repeat for any other Park State accounts.
    Exit Q and restart Q.
Do TOOLS, Account List and EDIT again. Clear out the Account number  and,  if present,  the Routing Number.  Click ONLINE Services and re-activate this account.  Be SURE in reactivating the account that you use the LINK option for the connectivity option and not New account.
Exit back to the Account List and repeat for other Park  State accounts.
