Not able to reconcile accounts

I download transactions but then The account says not cleared transactions and the online balance is not correct.

    Could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

    Are you seeing this issue across all accounts or just one account in particular? Also, what is the name of the financial institution you are downloading transactions from? And which connection method are you using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)?
