One Step Update Not working

All of a sudden my one step update will not work any more.

    First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, are you experiencing this issue with one financial institution in particular or more? And which connection method do you have set up in order to connect your accounts (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? Are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when attempting to run a One Step Update?
