Transactions not downloading from PNC

I am missing months of transactions. I can see them in my bank statement from PNC Bank. I have deactivated and reactivated with no success. I cannot download them directly from the bank to Quicken. All other banks and credit cards download normally.

    I found out that PNC only downloads 90 days of transactions to Quicken.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues downloading from PNC. I'm wondering here have you been deactivating and reactivating by editing the account? If we were to try adding it as a new account we might have a better chance of having it download our missing transactions that way. I'll leave steps down below on how to do so.

     First we'll try deactivating all of the accounts for the affected FI. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

    Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.
