Error CC-501 when trying to set up Bank of the West accounts for sync to cloud
I'm trying to connect my Bank of the West accounts for sync to the cloud. I'm using Quicken for Windows - Home & Business; V R32.12 build 22.214.171.124. I'm getting error CC-501. The message says: "Please contact your financial institution. The CLIENTUID sent by the client was incorrect." I can run a one-step update and sync with Bank of the West with no problem. I just can't connect those accounts to sync to the cloud.
