Unable to Update TD Canada

  • I cannot update with TD Canada Trust account. The BMO account is ok.

    Could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, could you please provide which connection method you are using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you could provide us with here, please?

    Hi @Quicken Anja,

    This problem been going on for some time now, and I have escalated it to your Tech department. They have contacted me multiple times but still the issue is open and pending. This really strange for a company like quicken to have such a problem and not able to solve it for months and multiple updates. I have moved my file to [another platform] as of now because their connectivity is flawless.

    I would love to keep using quicken but due to this issue, I am unable to use the mobile app properly.

    Connection Method is Quicken Connect
