PDF problem

I just upgrade my Quicken starter subscription and now can not open my PDF files in the attachments.
I spoke to technical support and she could not help me with this problem.

    Are you trying to access the PDF attachments in Quicken Desktop or from Quicken Mobile/Web?
    Quicken Mobile/Web do not support PDF attachments.

    What errors are you getting?
    (I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)

    I've had the same problem. My PDF's disappeared after downloading new release from Quicken. I called Support, and they said the PDF attachments are still there. There must be something wrong with Adobe Reader. What I did to resolve issue, was to shut-down my PC and reboot it. After the reboot, the PDF attachments were there, and I was able to view them.
