Is there connectivity issue wit Bank of America? Tried deactivating, deleting account, cannot now access to download account

    We will need some additional information in order to better assist your further.

    First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Help > About Quicken

    Next, what account type(s) (i.e.: checking, savings, credit card, etc) do you have set up that are experiencing this issue? Also, which connection method do you use to connect with Bank of America (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when trying to connect?

    Hello @Zorbaski

    You can double check your accounts to see if they're express web connect or direct connect by right clicking on the account under the account list and selecting edit/delete account. From there navigate to the online services tab and you should see connection method with it saying express web connect or Direct connect.

    Additionally are you receiving any error when you do try connecting? If so please let us know more and we'll see what we can do to diagnose the issue.
