to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Zestimate. I'm wondering here if you might be able to refresh the amount by right clicking on the account and selecting edit/delete account. From unselect Zestimate by zillow and click ok. This should reset the Zillow account. Once you've done that you'll want to open up the edit/delete section again. You should have the option now to get started with the Zestimate. You may need to manually type in the address again to get it linked but ideally you should be able to reconnect the account afterwards.
