Bill and income reminders are disappearing

I've been going back and forth with Quicken support and the community for months, and I'm beginning to loose confidence in Quicken recording my financial transactions. I see that this question was brought up by other members on the Community before, and the same ineffective answers were given (re: SarahDance on Feb 22, rasaladln on Apr 9th). I've performed many "fixes" recommended (such as the validation steps Sarah mentioned) and am now asked by support to export and reimport my data.

Clearly, a software defect was introduced around the February timeframe. Quicken must investigate and fix this bug.
