NEW 6/9/21 CitiCards Returns OL-293 Error

We are receiving reports of some users receiving a OL-293 error when attempting to add/update accounts with CitiCards.

If this error is received, please visit our Help Article available here, for steps to resolve this error.

If, however, this error persists, we recommend allowing up to 48 hours before attempting to add/update accounts again.
