NEW 6/9/21 Wells Fargo Bank Returns OL-292-B Error

We are receiving reports of some Wells Fargo Bank users receiving a OL-292-B error when attempting to add or update accounts using the Direct Connect connection method.

If this error is received, please visit our Help Article here, for steps to resolve the error.

If, however, this error persists, we recommend allowing up to 48 hours before attempting to add/update accounts once more.
