I'm trying to download ver R33.24.

The update shows it downloading and extracting, but won't install because its "being used by another process". What does this mean? I've never had this problem before.

Something, possibly a cloud backup process, Antivirus checker or Windows Defender is interfering with the installation process.
Please download and install the R 33.24 Mondo Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product instead.
