Update failed numerous times

Message states: The update failed to install.
The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w1215\base\ScreenShare\Quicken.Screenshare.exe'because it is being used by another process.
What does this mean?

Try rebooting your computer and then trying to update again.0

This problem has come up before, and it is because certain anti-virus software is blocking Quicken from doing the update. You should be able to do the update manually from here:
https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
