to hear that you are experiencing issues downloading from your Ally Bank account. By chance when you try updating your accounts could you double check to see if the opening balance is potentially having pending transactions on the banks side add into the opening balance? We've seen a recent case of this but I'd like to see if that might be the case with you as well.
Has this been happening for a while as well or is it a new issues you've experienced as well? Once you get the chance please let us know more and we'll see what we can do.
