Ever since an updated in March 2021 my tags are messed up

Up until March 2021 my tags for each property I manage were separated. With an updated that happened in March all my tags are no sub tags under 1 property. I have tried multiple things to fix, aside from deleting the tags and redoing them all. I cannot do that as my records go back to 2008 or something. I would have to re tag everything. There is no way to do that. What do I do to fix this?

    If you haven't rebooted Windows since you installed the latest software update, please do so now and then try Quicken again.
