ONGOING: 7/20/21 Synchrony Bank & Associated Cards Return CC-502/102 Error

We are receiving reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac users receiving a CC-502/102 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Synchrony Bank and associated cards. Our teams are aware and are investigating these reports.

If you are experiencing this error, we are requesting that you please contact Quicken Support for further assistance so our support agents can collect and review your log files to contribute to the ongoing investigation, and possibly file an escalation if they see fit.
