I got a notice to upload the bugsplash file but I cannot find an upload access, why?

A zip file containing the crash report was generated in
C:\Users\larry\AppData\Local\Temp\quicken_2019Crash_061621_072024.zip

You can upload this report manually at
www.bugsplat.com/postcrashreport

    Hello @LarryHenson,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

To upload the BugSplat file, you will need to click on Upload a file written in blue as shown in the red box below.

You can also try performing the action that caused the crash again, and if/when Quicken crashes again, it should pop up a BugSplat prompt to submit the crash data directly instead.

If not, then alternatively, you should be able to submit them from the Report a problem to Quicken window by navigating to Help > Report a problem.... You will then choose a category from the category dropdown menu (you can choose Others if none of the other categories apply), add "BugSplat" to the Title and Description, click Attach additional files... and find and select the BugSplat file you wish to upload. Then, click Send to Quicken (see example below).

Please, let us know if you have any additional questions and/or concerns.

    I hope this helps!
