RESOLVED 7/12/21 Windows R34.13 & R34.19 Release Blocked by Norton Antivirus

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows users experiencing issues opening Quicken or receiving a notice stating the certificate is expired when using Norton Antivirus when updating to the R34.13, R34.16 or R34.19 releases.

We have escalated this issue with our teams and are working to resolve this error as quickly as possible.

Until this issue has been resolved, we recommend users revert to the previous release (R33.24), following the steps available here.

    RESOLVED 7/12/21

    This issue is resolved with the R34.20 (HF4) being made available now in staged release format.

    This release is currently paused, however, if you would like to install R34.20 before it is made available to all users, please download and install the Mondo Patch available here.
