Quicken Bill Manager

Last year in August, I received the letter that stated Q Bill Pay was being discontinued. I had basically stopped using it earlier in the year. I called the 877# as the letter directed and asked to cancel Bill Pay/Bill Manager. I just realized that I have been charged 9.95 since last Sept. Previously it would appear on bank stmt as Quicken Bill Pay. But after the change to manager it showed as simply "Pay Pal". I incorrectly assumed this was something my kids or husband were doing. So I was charged $90 over the course of 9 months without realizing it. I called support and they offered to add 2 months to my annual Quicken subscription - which is equivalent to about $12. Should I have held out for more? :s

    To clarify; is the payee name "PayPal" for these charges showing in your Quicken register, or on your actual bank statement?
