ONGOING 7/20/21 Pentagon Federal Credit Union Returns CC-503/103 Error

We have received notice that some Quicken for Windows and Mac Users may experience a CC-503/103 error when attempting to add or update accounts with Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PFCU) using the Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect connection methods.

If this error is received, please log directly into the PFCU website and update your email address by clicking on the "Account Actions" tab near the top of the Main Menu page.

In the "Update Profile" section, choose the "Update Contact Information" link.

Enter the email address you would prefer to receive contacts from PFCU at and click "Continue Update" at the bottom.

Once the email address information has been updated, sign out of the PFCU website and attempt to add/update accounts in Quicken once more.

If the CC-503/103 error persists after performing these steps, please contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance.
