resetting cloud data

I am no longer able to sync Quicken Mobile & Web without first having to reset my cloud data each time. What's going on?

    Thank you for reaching out on Quicken Community. I apologize that you are having difficulties with your account syncing to your mobile/web. To better assist you I need a few more details. For instance, are you getting any error codes/messages when attempting to sync (without resetting)? Are you syncing one data file or multiple ones at a time? Where is your main file and back ups located? 

    Once I have more details I will be able to diagnose the issue at hand.
