ONGOING 7/20/21 American Express Returns OL-293/294, CC-503/103, or CC-502/102 Error

We are investigating reports of Quicken for Windows and Mac users receiving a OL-293/294, CC-503/103 or CC-502/102 error message when attempting to add or update accounts using the Direct Connect, Express Web Connect and Quicken Connect connection methods.

If you are receiving these errors and would like to add your information to the open investigation, please open Quicken, navigate to the Help menu and select "Report a Problem".

In the window that opens, enter Amex and the error code(s) you are receiving in the subject line, select the box for each file listed and when ready click Send to Quicken.
