using "online balance" to reconcile accounts shows old date?

some accounts go back to a date in february when trying to reconcile to online balance. how can i fix this?

    More details, please.
    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release of Quicken are you using?  
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    What is your subscription expiration date?

    What version of Windows are you using?

    Does the account register look correct, with respect to running balance and to transactions already marked reconciled or cleared?
    Is this just an error trying to download online balance from the bank?
    If so, what bank(s)?
    I recommend balancing / reconciling your accounts to the bank's paper statements. That usually works very well for me.
