Quicken Online Unavaiable

when I try to sync my accounts on the Windows app, I get this message. It tells me to try again in ten minutes but it does not work. I also cannot even use my data file to update my preferences. Does anyone have suggestions?

    Thank you for the response, but I cannot use anything. The data is grayed out and I have to terminate the program. I cannot get pst entering a password. I have been a user for over 30 years and never had an issue like this.
