Same issue. Contacting support just takes you through the same steps = over and over. Disconnect and reconnect all accounts. However, even with reconnecting, it does not contact NFCU. It bombs out with 505 error just trying to get to NFCU. Seems it changed on/about June 5. Before that MFA was working fine, all accounts downloaded fine. Now, Quicken will not connect to NFCU. Says that NFCU's website is not available - when totally not true.
Able to download transactions within NFCU and import to Quicken = but really, it should work back the way it did before.

    Please fix this.

    Hello @deholz,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?

Also, to clarify; when you previously attempted to deactivate and reactivate your NFCU account(s), did you reactivate via Set Up Now (found in the Online Services tab) or via Add Account

If you haven't already, could you please try deactivating the account(s) experiencing this issue and then reactivating through Add Account (not through Set Up Now), please?

Please, follow the steps found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, to reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for the Financial Institution name and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.

Let us know how it goes!
