Quicken! When is this issue going to be resolved!

I was working in Quicken last evening, noticed some entries did not post as reconciled, closed out of Quicken and when I tried to get back on the PASSWORD screen came up, never needed to use that before, and like everyone else (I've been reading other posts) cannot access my data file. This is a QUICKEN issue, why do we have to spend time trying to get through to a person. Your program is corrupted if we are ALL having the same issue. PLEASE FIX IT, we pay for your support, so support us PLEASE! Thank you.

What is the full path to the folder that contains your Quicken data file on the hard drive? Are you using OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Backup?

Backup file shows it saves into OneDrive0

yes, and i tried downloading the file, but it's always the same result. Quicken sign in window pops up but will not open data file.0

I just ran into the same issue - never had a data file password before. And no, my data file is not on OneDrive, just a hard drive file.0

I have a backup copy on a flash drive from 6/22/21 and moved it to Quicken folder on PC, tried to open it with Quicken, it started to work but Quicken when right back to the log in box. This has to be a quicken program problem!!!0

Sign in box - is what keeps popping and will not open up once I enter my info0

- Select Edit > Preferences...
- Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
- Select Sign in as a different user
- Enter yes
- Select Sign Out
- Sign in with the original Quicken ID.

Thank you for trying to help. Everything I try still takes me back to the Sign in Window and there is no X on the screen to close out the box. Or it takes me to a screen to download Quicken and sign in, but that doesn't work either. Hopefully I can get to talk to someone on the phone tomorrow at Quicken. Thanks again.0
