Chase bill payments

Is anyone else having trouble with Chase online bill payments? I can add them successfully, and the current bill appears. When I go to pay that bill, I get a message that I need to delete and reinstall the biller. What gives?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Chase biller. I was taking a look on our side to see if anything could of been causing this issue and noticed it didn't seem like the biller was added on our side which might be the reason you're getting this problem. 

    When you do try readding the biller do you get the same message? Additionally could you try Validating your bills and letting us know the result. You can do this from the Bills and Income section then the gear in the top right should have the validate option.

    When you get the chance let us know more and we'll see what we can do to resolve the issue.
