How do I make intra-bank transfers?

I keep getting a message stating both accounts must be owned by the same person even though my savings and checking are. What do I do to stop the message and proceed?

Are you trying to do a Direct Connect intra bank transfer initiated from within Quicken Mac? If so, the message you are getting is coming back directly from the bank's servers and Quicken really is not a factor. It sounds like something you'd need to contact the bank about.
