"Oops! Something went wrong" trying to access Quicken.com

Support guy was clueless, just kept telling me he could log in so my computer is the problem. Tried Brave, Chrome, and Opera, all failed. Cleared cookies and cache, still got the error. Tried Chrome Incognito, logged in fine. Rep told me that I successfully logged in on June 24.

Please give me some hints how to get this working. No other websites have a problem and I hit about 50 sites every day.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    Have you checked to see if you have any pop-up blockers that may possibly be causing this?

    The error msg comes back right in the login box, Pop-ups are not the issue (see pic attached). This does not occur when I Iog into the www.quickencommunity.com site; that login is processed just fine. My password is OK because I can log in to the Quicken Android app. However, on the desktop, only Chrome Incognito works to log me in to quicken.com.
