How do I cancel a payment I have already set up?

I made a mistake in a payment I just set up in quicken. I went to void it, but it said I had to cancel the payment before I could change it. How do I cancel it?

First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
Also, to clarify; was this a Quick Pay or Check Pay payment you made, or a Direct Connect/Bank Bill Pay payment?
