Desert Financial Credit Union account - will not Sync to Quicken Mobile or Quicken On Web

Hi,
I could not get my Desert Financial Credit Union account to work on either Quicken Mobile or Quicken on the web. Neither will properly sync -- I keep getting Care Code: ccscrape.180. It used to work work perfectly but now I can't sync my accounts - VERY frustrating. Any help to fix this error is greatly appreciated!

    here is the entry - interesting that it only has DIRECT and not also Express Web Connect like our CHASE ...
    Without the proxy of EWC - not sure how the data would be accessed for the Quicken Cloud

    I am having this same issue. Chatted with Desert Financial and they said Techs were working with Quicken to fix the issue. This is very frustrating as I was told to wait for a call once the issue has been resolved, but I have been having issues off and on since May. Now it won't work at all. If anyone has had success in correcting please post the fix.

    Agreed - VERY frustrating. Makes the Quicken mobile app nearly unusable. Have the same issue if I try and use Quicken on the web. Spent hours with Quicken support via chat and they logged off the chat after not being able to resolve.
