Adding Square Account (CC-501)

I'm trying to add my Square account to QHBR Windows, but have been getting the "CC-501" error over multiple days. Ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. Could you clarify what you are referring to by Square account? Is that a type of account or the name of your financial institution? Also, what connection method are you using? What version of Quicken are you using?

    To check the version being used select Help >About Quicken. 

    Once more information is provided I can attempt to recreate the issue on my end and move towards diagnosing the issue at hand.
