:( I get the following error message everytime Quicken does an update.
"The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w4612\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process."
How do I fix it?

This is caused by your anti-virus software preventing Quicken from installing the patch.
Try downloading and installing the patch manually from here: Update and Mondo Patch: Subscription Release of Quicken for WindowsSignature:
(I'm always using the latest Quicken Windows Premier subscription version)
