I Have Changed Banks. Where's Online Bill Pay?

I have just changed banks from U.S. Bank to Mountain America Credit Union. Both banks are now in my list of accounts and are Direct Connect. When I open Edit Bill Reminder there is a field "From Account" When I select U.S. Bank there is a selection box for "Use Online Bill Pay. When select Mountain America Credit Union the "Use Online Bill Pay" is missing. Also when going to the U.S. Bank Account and select "Online Services" there is a box with "Online Bill Payment" that is missing from Mountain America Credit Union "Online Services" tab. My question is: am I going to be able to pay my Bill Reminders from my Register with Mountain America Credit Union?

Did you try to enable the new MACU accounts in Quicken Bill Manager?
Go into the Bills, Income & Transfers view, click the gear icon and select Payment Accounts.Locate the MACU entry in the list, click it and select Enable. Follow prompts until setup is complete. If you intend to stop using the old US Bank accounts, disable the entry in this view and eventually consider closing the accounts in Quicken.
Don't forget to change all scheduled reminders from the old to the new MACU account.0 -

Hi @UKR
I must be a little dense. I cant find anything that says Quicken Bill Manager. The only thing that comes close to Bills, Income & Transfers is the tab above the Register that says Bills & Income. When I click on tab there is a gear icon but no selection for Payment Accounts. I guess I need more help on where to go. Thanks. Your comment my be my solution.0 -

When I select Mountain America Credit Union the the box for "Use Online Bill Pay" is missing.just to clarify between my posting and the one from @UKR - there are TWO different ways to pay bills.A - is using your banks own online internal bill payment service -
like is listed in the USBank entry - which flows directly from your Quicken transactions into the bank's payment system.
B - is using Quicken's external proxy service - called Quicken Bill Manager - which must be setup differently.
Here is the link for the Quicken Bill Manager.

SO... the question is... how were you paying your bills - A or B ?

Ps56k2,
It must b A. I have never used the Quicken Bill Manager to pay bills. When the Bill Reminder hit my register I just update my account and a check number is immediately issued. The Bill Reminder is 6 days before the bill is due. In 6 days I update my Register and the bill is reconciled. That's it.0
