    First, could you please provide which desktop version release of Quicken you have currently running?
    • Windows: Help > About Quicken
    • Mac: Quicken > About Quicken

    Also, what is the name of the financial institution in question? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you could provide us with here, please?
