no permission to access entity

I synced my account and now it says I don't have permission to access entity. How do I get this resolved?

    Synched to WHAT?  Access WHAT?
    And, what Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product. Also, what's your "Membership Valid Thru" date?  All of this info can be found at HELP, About Quicken/

    If you haven't already, I suggest you try resetting your Quicken Cloud data: https://help.quicken.com/display/WIN/Reset+all+my+data+on+the+Quicken+Cloud
